JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepares daily collection report
  • Updates inventory list of post-dated checks
  • Maintains and monitors subsidiary ledgers of Trade Accounts Receivables
  • Prepares and sends Statements of Account (SOA), notices and demand letters
  • Issues receipts for payments received
  • Records journal entries to Cash Receipts Book
  • Prepares and monitors schedule and aging of receivables
  • Records journal entries to Sales Register

QUALIFICATION

  • Male/Female
  • Accountancy graduate
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least one (1) year experience in Accounting work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Competent in problem solving and analysis;
  • Gives attention to details;
  • Has good planning and organization skills;
  • Dynamic, pro-active, innovative; dependable;
  • Proficient in computer operations
