CdeO Developer Takes Green Experience in Batangas

“We are excited to commence the Miramonti development in Santo Tomas, Batangas before end of 2017,” exclaimed Architect Romolo Nati, Italpinas Development Corporation’s Chairman and CEO, in his excitement for the company’s first development in Luzon.

Focused on emerging cities, IDC brings to Santo Tomas, Batangas its award-winning and globally-certified experience in developments that are both responsive to the local climate and responsive to the call of the environment.

IDC planned  to launch the first phase of the project with more than 800 million investment on September 2017.

According to Nati, Miramonti will feature 324 residential, 5 commercial, and 96 parking units in total.

“We are very optimistic of the project. We wish to exceed expectations,” Nati added.

Talking about the company’s commercially successful projects in Cagayan de Oro, Nati said, “Our foreign investors increased to 11%. They like the fact that they have re-occurring income because of our property management and services.  And this is what we will do with the Miramonti project”.

As IDC’s trademark,  Miramonti will harness resource efficient systems to reduce its energy consumption and enhance cooling by employing solar panels on the building’s roof.

Miramonti will be located in a fresh and booming town of Santo Tomas, which is now anticipated to become a city within the year.

“We are looking forward to the success of the cityhood of Santo Tomas. This will open a lot of opportunities to businesses and to its residents at the same time”, Nati said.

Sto. Tomas is part of the Philippines’ new beltway of economic growth along the expressways connecting the capital region with Batangas Port. Easily accessible from South Luzon Expressway and adjacent to the Light industry and Science Park III, Miramonti is soon to become the Sto. Tomas landmark and an essential point of reference for the expanding residential and commercial communities of southern Luzon.
