High-rising real estate development firm Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) builds itself as a potential awardee with three nominations under its belt for The Outlook -- PHILIPPINES BUYERS' CHOICE PROPERTY AWARDS, this November 15 at Shangri-La Makati Hotel.

Organized by leading online real estate platform, The Outlook, in partnership with the Philippine Daily Inquirer Property, is on its second year as a black-tie gala event as it brings together property seekers, real estate enthusiasts and esteemed icons alike to recognize and award rising projects and developers in the Philippines.

Aside from an esteemed awarding ceremony, keynote speakers will also be invited to the gala to share important thoughts on Philippine real estate – providing the event with not just a night of recognition but as well discussion.

For this year’s event, IDC, and its projects, were nominated under 3 of 17 categories: Primavera City (based in Cagayan de Oro) for Best Green Project, Miramonti Green Residences (based in Sto. Tomas, Batangas) for Philippine Daily Inquirer Property Award – Best Innovation Project and IDC for Best Boutique Developer – Luzon.

Said categories were screened by an esteemed panel of judges and were carefully selected back in July 2018, then given an invitation on October 2018. A survey then will be put out for real estate aficionados and property seekers to select the winner for said category. The judging panel includes Atty. Lloyd Christopher Lao, CEO of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), Cathy Saldana, President of Arco Group, Ivy Almario, Founder of Atelier Almario and many more esteemed judges that screened potential candidates for the award.

The Outlook 2018 Gala Dinner will be opened by Kian Moini, Global CEO of Lamudi, later to be followed by a keynote speaker, dinner and the recognition of awardees later during the evening.
