In line with its corporate thrust on good governance, green developer Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) recently had an initial workshop at IDC’s Head Office in Makati with Isagani G. Dominguez & Associates to find ways to further improve the company’s business processes. In attendance from IDC were Chairman and CEO Arch. Romolo V. Nati, Senior Vice President Harold J. Our aim is to streamline IDC’s processes, both internal and external, to be fully compliant with the best and proven industry standard practices and government regulations.  Thus, we see an urgent need to strengthen our Legal and Compliance Department to ensure such compliance by all of our operating units to benefit all of our stakeholders.” emphasized Arch. IGD & Associates is a specialized financial and tax consultancy firm led by Mr. Isagani G.
