After several months of anticipation, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) finally launched Primavera City on June 24, 2016 at the Pueblo de Oro Country Club. There were a lot of people who attended the event, clad in elegant dresses and suits. The program was hosted by one of Cagayan de Oro’s local talents, Jamie Bantigue.

The night was also graced by the presence of  Arch. Romolo V. Nati, COO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC); Atty. Jose D. Leviste III, president of IDC; Dr. Jose P. Leviste Jr, Primo Consiglieri; Sean P. Moreno, son of Hon. Oscar Moreno (Mayor of Cagayan de Oro); Mr. Antonio Herbosa, founder of the Traders Apprentice Pilipinas (TAP); and Mr. Illac Diaz, social entrepreneur.

Italpinas plans to bring projects to Metro Manila

ITALPINAS Development Corp., a listed company whose projects are located in second- and third-tier cities in the country, said it has plans to bring its projects to Metro Manila, where its green buildings are mostly needed.

However, the company said it will have to take time as it is still waiting for the “right circumstances.”

Italpinas secures P350-M DBP term loan

Italpinas Development Corp. (IDC) has secured a P350-million term loan agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) to partly fund the construction a project.

The green builder is using the money to finance the first phase of construction of the Primavera City project in Cagayan De Oro. The project is a seven-tower mixed-use development featuring office, residen ial, and commercial spaces.
