Listed sustainable builder Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) once again received the citation in the Best Mixed-Use Development category at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2017.
IDC earned the prestigious award for its soon-to-rise project at Uptown Cagayan de Oro, Primavera City, after its first development, twin-tower Primavera Residences, located in the same city, won in the same category in 2014.
Architect Romolo Nati, Chairman and CEO of listed company Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), is co-author of a book entitled Time Frames, published by Italian editors Ugo Carughi and Massimo Visone.
The new publication, according to Visone, focuses on current conservation and protection rules and strategies of more than 100 countries, with particular attention to emerging nations and twentieth-century architecture. The book presents an overview of critical issues and actions undertaken by different countries related to architectural listings. Time Frames includes topics on identities, heritage, conservation, memories and the economy.
PROPERTY developer Italpinas Development Corp. said it is tapping bank financing to partially fund the development of its newest project Miramonti in Santo Tomas, Batangas. This will be launched by the third of fourth quarter of the year.
Romolo Nati, the company’s chairman and CEO, said they are in talks with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) for a possible P500-million loan. If the deal pushes through, it will add to the company’s borrowings to partially finance Italpinas’s other projects, like the Primavera Residences and Primavera City, both in Cagayan de Oro.
