“I think that we should be able to develop buildings that can improve the quality of life rather than deteriorate it,” says Architect Romolo Valentino Nati, Italpinas Development Corporation’s (IDC) chairman and chief executive officer, in the article of The CEO Magazine Asia in its June 2017 edition.
“We want to break the stereotype that building is expensive. IDC want to present that green buildings are affordable, which is what we have already proven with Primavera Residences (IDC’s first project in Cagayan de Oro),” says Architect Nati during the interview aired on BizNews, last Monday.
“There are two of the valuable propositions behind the company's success to survive amidst the big competition. These are; first is we specialize in green design projects, something that is new to the market; and second is we focus our projects in emerging cities, where there is a great demand for real estate products,” said Architect Romolo Nati during his lecture in the Enactus workshop, held at the Asian Institute Management last May 27, 2017.
“There is a fast proliferation of the need for energy supply. As time goes by, this will go beyond. We have to act towards going green by maximizing resources to benefit the economy and the environment,” says Architect Nati at the recently conducted Power and Electricity World Philippines 2017 on May 25.
