Architect Nati participates in ICCPI & Ambrosetti joint preparations for ASEAN – Italy High Level Dialogue

MANILA – The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ICCPI) and The European House – Ambrosetti jointly organized the presentation meeting and exchange in preparation for the event, ASEAN – Italy High-Level Dialogue which will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam this June 2019.
Lorenzo Tavazzi, Project Leader; and Arianna Landi, Project Coordinator of The European House-Ambrosetti presented the Ambrosetti activities and international networking platform together with key contents and operational roadmap of the 2019 edition of ASEAN-Italy High-Level Dialogue at Dusit Thani Manila in Makati.
This will be the third edition of the ASEAN-Italy Economic Relations, following the event held last April 2018, in Singapore which saw the participation of 300 attendees, representatives of 60 industrial sectors and 35 international speakers among which was Architect Romolo V. Nati, Chairman & CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC).
IDC is an Italian-Filipino real estate developer committed to environmental sustainability through elegant architectural solutions and trademarks contemporary Italian aesthetic. The company’s projects are rated by EDGE – Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies, a green building certification system developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
Furthermore, the company first two projects Primavera Residences, in 2015, and Primavera City, in 2017, won Best Mixed-use Development Award in the Philippines Asia Pacific Property Awards, a world-renowned mark of excellence.
The latest project Miramonti Green Residences an eco-sustainable, a mixed-use development featuring active and passive green technologies, to be developed in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. has recently been awarded as Best Innovation Project of 2018, by The Outlook-Lamudi, the leading online real estate platform.
At the presentation meeting and exchange last December 13, Tavazzi and Landi along with Lorens Ziller and Leonardo Bruge, Executive Director and Deputy Director of ICCPI respectively, discussed potential partnerships for the forthcoming ASEAN – Italy High Level Dialogue that will aim for “Building an exclusive, influential community of leaders for growing their enterprises, their countries and their continents”.
Architect Nati was invited to participate together with other well-known Italian entrepreneurs that successfully established businesses in the Philippines for many years now. Among of which is Andrea Mazza of the AM Group (Kitchen Equipments and Supplies) and Alessandro Boni, Chairman of SquareOne (Manufacturing company).
