Architect Nati Shares Company Vision on BizNews Asia

Last November 23, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) Chairman & CEO, Architect Romolo V. Nati, shared to BizNews Asia publisher Tony Lopez the story of Italpinas in a feature interview held in PTV4’s headquarters.
In a sit-down interview, publisher Lopez discussed with Arch. Nati the rising trend and current condition of Philippine real estate as Arch. Nati shared his insights on the matter, mentioning IDC as an example of a rising trend in real estate. To further bring light to the current state of real estate, Arch. Nati was joined with Alexander Schlaen, a real estate expert based in Singapore to add extra opinions on real estate in the Philippines. Schlaen has been the Managing Director at Panache Management Limited (LTD.,) for 16 years and the Non-Executive Director at Armada Group Ltd., for 3 years.
To solidify the flourishing of real estate in the Philippines, Architect Romolo V. Nati expounded on the idea of Italpinas Development Corporation as a promising real estate development company, especially in different areas in the Philippines. Conniving the idea of real estate growing not just in Manila, Arch. Nati emphasizes the importance of his company’s vision in the execution of his projects. With his vision of “creating design-driven sustainable developments in emerging cities”, his current projects serve to manifest its vision to the future of real estate.
Alongside his vision, Arch. Nati shared his current developments being Primavera City, stationed in Cagayan de Oro in Mindanao and also his latest project Miramonti Green Residences stationed in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, recently having to be in development since 2018. Sharing how aside from it being developed in emerging cities, the IDC CEO placed importance on its sustainability, making use of green architecture, ensuring eco-friendly amenities in its buildings. The interview then discussed the importance of eco-friendliness in construction and its appeal to possible tenants and future owners. The interview then concluded after gathering insight from Arch.
