ARCHITECT NATI SHARES DEVELOPMENT SUCCESS IN REAL ESTATE CONFERENCE

Architect Romolo Valentino Nati, Chairman & CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) was invited to speak during the Real Estate and Investment Conference last September 25, in Dusit Thani, Makati City, Philippines.
The Real Estate & Investment Conference 2018 was organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, Inc. (ICCPI) – in a challenge to serve as a platform for investors (local or foreign) to discuss the real estate industry in the country. The whole-day conference was split into three sessions concerning different issues & aspects of Philippine estate wherein Arch. Romolo Nati shed light regarding Philippine provinces being the new driving force of real estate serving as “building blocks for diversified opportunities” for the Philippine real estate.
With the idea of ‘complementing real estate environments with strategic developments’, Arch. Nati provided Italpinas Development Corporation’s vision, being a “design-driven developer of sustainable properties focused on emerging cities in the Philippines,” and projects (such as Primavera Residences and upcoming Miramonti Green Residences) as a testament to real estate in emerging cities as a potential investment for stakeholders and future investors – highlighting the importance of strategic planning and development of emerging cities as a means of successful development of property in provinces
Later on, he was joined by previous speakers of the session: Atty. Amanda Carpo (of Kittelson and Carpo Consulting), Mr. Patrick Cooke (of Oxford Business Group), and held a panel discussion held by Atty. Jean de Castro with the participation of the audience in a form of an open forum.
This is ICCPI’s second year in organizing the conference – this event is also a project under the EU-Philippines Business Network and as well co-funded by the European Union in the Philippines as Italpinas also finds itself as a Gold Sponsor with the said event.
