Building Engineer

Directly responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities equipment

Ensures complete manning of maintenance staff, evaluates and reports the breakdown of machinery, maintains records, monitors operating parameters of motor equipment; accepts delivery and work done by outside contractors; implements S.O.P.

Relieves Shift Engineer during Shift Engineer's day off, performs all the duties and responsibilities of the Shift Engineers and other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Engineer/Property Manager

Coordinates with clients in the implementation of the Safety and Fire Prevention Policy and Program.
