Multi-skilled Technician

Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.

Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Maintain and repair various types of machinery and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Assist with the setup and configuration of facilities for events, meetings, and other activities.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and effective manner.

Provide excellent customer service to facility occupants and clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
