Talking about the company’s commercially successful projects in Cagayan de Oro, Nati said, “Our foreign investors increased to 11%. They like the fact that they have re-occurring income because of our property management and services. And this is what we will do with the Miramonti project”.
As IDC’s trademark, Miramonti will harness resource efficient systems to reduce its energy consumption and enhance cooling by employing solar panels on the building’s roof.
Miramonti will be located in a fresh and booming town of Santo Tomas, which is now anticipated to become a city within the year.
