CDO DEVELOPER PRESENTS LATEST PROJECT IN BATANGAS

IDC, a green developer that has heavily invested in the city of Cagayan de Oro, is starting to expand and is now aggressive to open for sale the company’s first phase of new development in Luzon.
Last June 24, 2017, IDC successfully partnered with the realty brokers and sales agents in time for the seminar on the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (RA 9646) held in Calamba, Laguna. The event was made possible through the efforts of Calamba Laguna Real Estate Board, Inc. (CLRB)- Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc. (PAREB).
It was a prestigious real estate seminar graced by the PRC Chairman himself, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, PhD, DPA, DBA, which attracted more than 390 Licensed Brokers and Sellers of Calamba, Laguna. It was participated also by the officers of CLRB-PAREB, and various sectors including HLURB, NBI, BIR, LGU, and real estate developers.
IDC presented the Miramonti project, a soon to rise landmark in Santo Tomas, Batangas. IDC is excited and optimistic on commencing the project.

Miramonti will sit over a 2,057 sqm. land area for its first phase. It will comprise of residential, commercial and office spaces.
Miramonti will harness green strategies and will carry the IDC authentic Italian design. The said project is expected to launch in September 2017.
