CDO Developer’s Exec Featured in The CEO Magazine Asia

“I think that we should be able to develop buildings that can improve the quality of life rather than deteriorate it,” says Architect Romolo Valentino Nati, Italpinas Development Corporation’s (IDC) chairman and chief executive officer, in the article of The CEO Magazine Asia in its June 2017 edition.
Architect Nati was interviewed about his inspirations of his projects and experiences before becoming one of the world’s finest sustainable architects. Nati said that being featured in the prestigious CEO Magazine means that his company has been gaining recognitions in the field of architectural design and real estate. “In this way, my story can also help to influence young entrepreneurs and green architects to achieve more, “ he added.
With less than a decade of experience in the industry, Nati’s company continues to shine in the national and global arena. Among the recognitions of IDC has received are the International Property Awards- winning the Best Mixed use Development in the Philippines category for Primavera Residences and Primavera City projects in 2014 and 2017, respectively.
Due to its commitment to green design, IDC’s first breakthrough development, Primavera Residences has been given the distinction as the First Completed Project in South East Asia to be awarded with EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), a global green certification of IFC-World Bank.
“The company would have not gone this far without the people working in it and our loyal external partners,”Architect Nati as he humbly shared his thoughts on his projects’ commercial success.
In the section of the magazine, Nati also shared his fascination to renewable energy and green design ever since he was young. Right now, apart from being a key member of IDC, he is the current Vice Chairman of a renewable energy company Constellation Energy Corporation that focuses in acquiring, financing and developing small to medium-scale renewable energy projects in the country.
