The event was well-attended by business partners, real estate brokers, sales agents, partner banks and financing institutions and invited guests. City Councilor George Goking represented City Mayor, Oscar Moreno, during the event.

Primavera City is IDC’s second project in Northern Mindanao, following the company flagship building, Primavera Residence, also located in uptown Cagayan de Oro. The eco-friendley mixed-use building, Città Bella, follows the twin first phase, Città Verde, with the same number of floors, 11, and will offer 291 residential units located from the fourth floor to the eleventh floor, in three types : studio, 1 bedroom and penthouse.

“One of IDC’s goals is to build its name as recognized green real estate developments. And to invest in areas with strong economic growth potentials like, just like Northern Mindanao” said Arch. Romolo Nati during his speech.

“And for Cagayan de Oro” he also added “it is a fast-growing city in a strategic location with a well-developed infrastructure backbone. Cagayan de Oro has an excellent connectivity to major production areas and markets,a through the presence of an international port and an international-standard airport, and, furthermore, has a diverse range of eco-tourism attractions.”

“In 2010, when we started our first project in CDO, we knew that we where facing a big challenge but, as for now, the markets have proven us that we made the right choice– both the property market that bought up our flagship building, Primavera Residences, and the stock market which validated our investment in Mindanao” explained IDC’s CEO, Arch. Romolo Valentino Nati.

Primavera City will offer distinctive Italian design and world-class construction standards. Contemporary architectural aesthetic, attention to detail, and elegant ambience will make Primavera City a highlight in Philippine high-rise architecture.

Envisioned as a partially self-sustaining power, it uses a massive, built-in array of photovoltaic panels that are installed vertically, parallel to the building walls facing east, and horizontally to cover the building amenities.

From start to finish, Primavera City features the best principles of passive building technology: shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance in which the building volumes’ shape and profiles, let in the prevailing winds from north-west at the lower levels, block their direct way out on the opposite side and convey their flow into vertical voids.

The project was awarded as the Best Mixed-Use development in the Philippines by the Asia Pacific Property Awards last May 2017.
