IDC CEO Congratulates Filipino Homes

Last June 12, 2020, Italpinas Development Corporation number 1 Realty firm partner Leuterio Realty & Brokerage/Filipino Homes launched its program FIRE or FilipinoHomes Institute of Real Estate.  It’s a program created by Filipino Homes to aid in developing the skills and talents of real estate practitioners through various online courses. 

Arch. Romolo Nati, IDC’s Chairman & CEO took the chance to congratulates Mr. Anthony Leuterio and Filipino Home for its great initiatives.  Arch. Nati said “it’s a great opportunity for those individuals interested to be part in the Real Estate Industry and they will learn it from the best”.  Arch. Nati further stated that IDC is delighted to work with Filipino Home and the company is always there to support its initiatives. According to Arch. Nati, “IDC were positively surprised that even in time of COVID, Filipino Homes, not only keep marketing and selling IDC’s projects, but even increased their performances”.  He said “it’s more than a pleasure to work with a so well organize and professional Realty Firm.  In IDC, we are motivated by common goal of achieving perfection in our product and services and we work hard to achieve that everyday.  We are happy to see that Filipino Homes is aligned with IDC in the challenge.  More power to Filipino Homes”

It is the next eco-friendly building that will rise at Primavera City’s Uptown Cagayan de Oro location, along the junction of P.N Roa Ave. and Masterson Ave.  The first phase at Primavera City, (called Citta Verde) is in ongoing construction, with completion targetted before the end of this year. Phase 3 is Citta Grande, which is now in permitting stages.
