IDC confirmed its support to the locality through its involvement in developments that are not only designed to enhance the local economy, but also to ensure growth of green communities.
“We picked Batangas in light of the fact that the place is growing beyond expectation. It is a standout amongst the most dynamic territories in the nation. The location in Sto. Tomas is one of the many things that pulled us in. It is close to modern parks and it has an astonishing perspective in 360 degrees”, Nati added.
Miramonti is IDC’s third project after Primavera Residences and Primavera City in Uptown Cagayan De Oro.
The Miramonti project will be comprised of three towers and will be created in two stages. The main stage shall be one pinnacle sitting on a platform structure across 2,057 sqm. It will offer 352 private units, 14 business units and 88 shopping units. Adding to these are the fitness center, swimming pool, and play are among other facilities. In the meantime, as indicated by Nati, the organization has its own particular property administration accomplice, Damiani Property Management and Services, Inc. which will enable unit owners to earn revenue through unit rentals.
Miramonti will continue to live by its trademark green engineering and design and IDC’s Italian architecture which has been recognized in both national and international scenes. IDC was awarded Best Mixed Use Development in the Philippines and garnered the distinction for being the First Completed Condominium Project in East Asia to be given an EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) by IFC World Bank.
