IDC CEO talks at Philippine International Furniture Show and Interior and Design Manila

March 8 – The opening day of the Philippine International Furniture Show and Interior and Design Manila, the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ICCPI) launched “Italy by Design” at SMX Convention Centre. This exhibit underlined the high quality craftsmanship of Italians.
Chairman and Founder of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), Mr. Romolo V. Nati, presented how the company utilizes Italian design in real estate projects and integrates the same with passive green features.
“Design is really our DNA. It is what let us emerge in the real estate market here in the Philippines and what gives us the competitive edge within the industry,” said Romolo V. Nati.
IDC’s buildings are developed to reduce harmful impact on the environmental. The attractive minimalist design is paired with full utilization of natural ventilation, re-use of water, as well as solar based power, which as a result, provides a high-level performance home.
IDC aims to offer people the option of choosing emerging cities over the busy downtown communities, which are dynamic, progressive, but with the same world-class living standards that one would expect in any major capital city.
To date, IDC has successfully developed and sold two (2) multi-awarded structures that are recognized by the international organization, EDGE Certified (Excellence In Design For Greater Excellence) in Cagayan de Oro City.
IDC recognizes and responds by providing world-class high-performance sustainable homes in the cities, and always with its elegant trademark design and high aesthetic.
