IDC CEO Thanks its Cagayan de Oro Sales Force
Last May 16, 2020, Italpinas Development Corporation through its Primavera Sales Office in Cagayan de Oro City conducted a Webinar meeting with Leuterio Realty and Brokerage.
Arch. Romolo Nati, IDC’s Chairman & CEO also took the chance to give thanks to its salesforce for their unrelenting support for Primavera City.

Arch. Nati personally presented the company and its projects to the team. Arch. Nati discussed the value proposition of IDC’s projects and its sustainability features. It was well attended by Mr. Leuterio’s team nationwide. Arch. Nati also discussed why the company chose to invest in an emerging city like Cagayan de Oro and Batangas City, and how the Balik-probinsya program of the national government matched the vision of the company.
Lorens Ziller, Vice President of Italian Chamber of Commerce, further discussed the program of the Government and how this will benefit the real estate industry and the salesforce. Mr. Andy Manalac also shared with the team of Leuterio Realty his knowledge and expertise on how to FOCUS especially during this period of pandemic.
