IDC Chairman & CEO attends EULAT4CULTURE
EUNIC Cluster in Manila and RIDCULT, with the collaboration of the Design Center of the Philippines on the Design Week Philippines, present EULAT FOR CULTURE, a week-long series of talks and workshops connecting the Philippines, Latin America, and Europe.
Was held last October 15 to 22, 2022, design, architecture, and gastronomy specialists from the Philippines, Spain, Austria, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy, and Chile will guest lecture and conduct workshops, in person or online.

Having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sapienza Universita di Roma for his Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Design, University of Tallinn for his Master’s Degree in Urban Landscape and Layers, and the Asian Institute of Management for his Executive Masters in Business Administration, there is no doubting the credibility of Architect Romolo Nati with regards to his craft. As interesting as his resume is, what makes this man even more intriguing is what he’s done with all that knowledge.
Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 26, 2009 as Italpinas Euroasian Design and Development Corporation. On July 15, 2015, the SEC approved the Company’s change in corporate name to the present one.
IDC’s primary purpose is to engage in the business of real estate development using knowledge in architectural design, market and demographic strategy, project development, and sales. The Company’s first development project is the Primavera Residences, a twin-tower 10-storey mixed-use condominium in Pueblo de Oro Township in Cagayan de Oro City.
