IDC Joins PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2018

Cagayan de Oro’s first vertical/mixed use green building Italpinas Development Corporation, represented by its Chairman Romolo V. Nati attended the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards at Fairmont Hotel Makati last May 2018.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards is the region’s biggest and most esteemed real estate awards programme. The Awards has an unparalleled reputation for being credible, fair and transparent. All entries are rigorously and fairly judged by an independent panel of industry experts and evaluated by a trusted awards supervisor.
Several of the real estate developers were given due honor in attending the event and IDC is one of the attendees accompanied by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). A leading professional service firm that specializes in real estate and investment management. JLL is also IDC’s venture partner for the Miramonti project in Sto. Tomas Batangas.
IDC is a real estate developer with a strong bias towards building “green” structures. Established in 2009, it prides itself as a “design-driven developer of sustainable properties.” Its flagship project Primavera Residences in Cagayan de Oro City attests to its alternative style in architecture, a commitment that is expected to manifest as strongly in its ongoing, Primavera City project in Uptown Cagayan De Oro. As well as the soon to rise Miramonti project in Batangas City.
Both, Primavera Residences, and Primavera City, won the International Property Awards for Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines. With its dedication to smart and passive green developments, Primavera Residences garnered the distinction of being the First Completed Condominium Project in East Asia to be given an EDGE (Excellence in Design For Greater Efficiencies) recognition a global green certification by IFC World Bank.
Italpinas Development Corporation was the only developer from Cagayan de Oro that was invited to the event.
