IDC Joins Real Estate and Investment Conference
Italpinas Development Corporation’s leaders, Architect Romolo Nati and Atty. Jojo Leviste, who are known for their passion in developing sustainable projects across emerging cities, joined the prestigious Real Estate and Investment Conference hosted by Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, Inc., held last September 21, 2017, Thursday at SMX Convention Center, Metro Manila.
The conference was participated in by public and private sectors, such as the National Competitiveness Council, Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Tourism–Tourism Regulation, Coordination & Resource Generation, A Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Authority, Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB), Havitas Developments Corporation, Lamudi Philippines, and ESCA Incorporated.
The event is a project under the EU-Philippines Business Network, aimed to bring government officials, local stakeholders, foreign investors to discuss issues and complexity in Philippine real estate such as foreign ownership, investments, tourism, and others. It also highlighted topics concerning the status of the Philippine property landscape, such as the risks in investing in the country’s real estate, and its role in the tourism and sustainable development.
Participating in this business conference together with other notable companies from the Philippines, Italpinas is Cagayan de Oro’s first condominium and green builder. In less than a decade of experience, the company has garnered national and international recognitions including two Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines at the International Property Awards, the Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies, a global green certification awarded by the IFC World Bank, to name a few.
