IDC PARTNERS WITH ICCPI

Green property developer, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) partners with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines.
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines was established in 2011 with the aim of facilitating business relationship between Italy and the Philippines. It is a non-profit organization that provides a continuous forum for its members, which can identify, examine, and discuss matters of common interest affecting economic, industrial, and commercial issues. It promotes each country’s culture and creates job opportunities in the Philippines. It constantly works in order to realize in the most efficacious way the goals of its members.
ICCPI and IDC had forged its partnership in relation with IDC’s goal in promoting sustainable development across the country and around the world.
IDC’s buildings are developed to reduce harmful impact on the environmental. The attractive minimalist design is paired with full utilization of natural ventilation, re-use of water, as well as solar based power, which as a result, provides a high-level performance home.
IDC aims to offer people the option of choosing emerging cities over the busy downtown communities, which are dynamic, progressive, but with the same world-class living standards that one would expect in any major capital city.
To date, IDC has successfully developed and sold two (2) multi-awarded structures that are recognized by the international organization, EDGE Certified (Excellence In Design For Greater Excellence) in Cagayan de Oro City.
