IDC SHORTLISTED FOR PHILIPPINE BUYERS’ CHOICE PROPERTY AWARDS

MANILA – Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), winner last year of the Best Innovation Project of the Year, within The Outlook-Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards, has been shortlisted again this year for five categories.

Among real estate developers, who had the possibility of nominating their prominent projects under 17 categories, IDC TM, with its two latest developments, has been nominated under the following categories:

  • Best Mixed-Use Development in Luzon – Miramonti Green Residences
  • Best Mixed-Use Development in Visayas and Mindanao – Primavera City
  • Best Innovation Project – Primavera City
  • Best Boutique Developer in Luzon – Miramonti Green Residences
  • Best Boutique Developer in Visayas and Mindanao – Primavera City

All nominated projects have been be screened by an esteemed board of judges.

Rick Santos, Chairman and CEO of Santos Knight Frank, Jason Buensalido, Principal Architect and Founder of Buensalido+Architects and Kenneth Stern, Country Manager of RE/MAX Philippines are just some of the respectable names in Philippine real estate who are part of the highly regarded board of judges.

All shortlisted projects will be part of a survey among thousands of property seekers that will be grouped in such a way that audience groups will only vote in categories that match their search interests. IDC, a publicly listed multi-award-winning design driven developer of sustainable properties focused on emerging cities in the Philippines, was established in 2009 by Arch. Romolo V. Nati and ;Atty. Jose D. Leviste, III. The company, committed to environmental sustainability elegant architectural solutions and trademark contemporary Italian aesthetic, is focused on hyper-prospective emerging cities and other next-wave locations in the Philippines.

The two IDC’s latest projects nominated in The Outlook-Lamudi 2019, are sustainable developments both awarded as Best Mixed use Development in the Philippines by Asia Pacific Property Awards in 2018 and 2019.

Following Primavera Residences, the company flagship green project, located in Cagayan de Oro, northern Mindanao, the mid-rise eco-friendly building named Primavera City will soon rise in uptown Cagayan de Oro.The 7 towers development will feature, as all IDC’s projects, the best green building strategies and energy saving technologies together with distinctive ltalian design and world-class construction standards. The attention to detail and elegant ambience, a trademark of IDC TM developments, will make Primavera City a highlight in Philippine mid-rise architecture.

The third IDC’s project, Miramonti Green Residences, which in Italian means “view of the mountain”, is a mixed-use high-rise development set against the breathtaking backdrop of majestic Mt. Makiling in Sto. Tomas Batangas.
