IDC visits Sto. Tomas for Miramonti Project

Currently undertaking its initial move for its third project, Miramonti, publicly-listed company Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) is pursuing to expand its sustainable advocacies in Luzon starting with Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
Fostering ties with the government officials of the town, IDC executives namely, Jose P. Leviste Jr., the company’s Primo Consigliere, Chairman and CEO Arch. Romolo V. Nati and IDC President Atty Jojo D. Leviste along with other executives and staff visited Sto. Tomas for the Miramonti Project last December 19, 2016.
Moved with a vision to develop green projects across the Philippines, IDC Arch. Romolo V. Nati said, “We are honored to see the optimism shown by the town’s government officials and its people towards our green building concept. Their warmful acceptance on the Miramonti project builds us more confidence in moving our green advocacy in Southern Luzon.”
Santo Tomas, which is known for its green movement, shares the same passion with IDC’s sustainable goals. “As a company aimed to bring sustainable projects in emerging cities in the country, we believe the booming town of Sto. Tomas in Batangas is an ideal location for our third sustainable project. In fact, environmental protection is a topmost concern of the province which perfectly fits to our ambition,” he added.
Miramonti, which means “facing the mountains” in Italian word, is IDC’s first development in Luzon. Miramonti will harness green strategies as well as present its authentic Italian design. The said project is expected to launch in 2017, while its sales office is planned to open by the first quarter of the same year.
