MANILA- Architect Romolo V. Nati, Chairman & CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) was is invite as key speaker at the Real Estate and Investment Conference, organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, Inc. (ICCPI) last September 11, Dusit Thani Hotel, Manila.

Launched in 2017, the ICCPI serve as a platform for investors and key stakeholders to learn more about the Philippines’ real estate development landscape, and growing opportunities in the sector.

Arch. Nati was invited, together with other notable speakers, to join the event to tackle relevant issues about the real estate industry and the trends in sustainable architecture.

The line-up included ICCPI’s Vice President Mr. Lorens Ziller, Mr. Alejandro Mañalac of Havitas Developments who shared his insights about the opportunities outside Manila and the trend of remote working, Ms. Ice Oliva of Zeeguru who talked about the trends in Real Estate Hospitality and the factors that are causing the booming of condominiums, Mr. Greg Kittelson who described the advantages of co-working spaces explaining how these and virtual offices are among the best solutions for many start-ups.

Arch. Romolo Nati during his presentation, shared the strategies and architectural technologies which are among the means of the successful accomplishments of Italpinas Development Corporation, a “design-driven developer of sustainable properties focused on emerging cities in the Philippines”.

First mover in 2009 as developer of mid-rise green building in Cagayan de Oro city, hub in Northern Mindanao and one of the fastest growing cities in the Philippines, Arch. Nati highlighted the great potentials of investment for stakeholders and future investors in secondary and tertiary cities in the Philippines.

IDC’s green projects, Primavera Residences and Primavera City, both located in Cagayan de Oro, and the latest high-rise development Miramonti Green Residences, in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, have won numerous award from national and international organizations and with all being recognized and awarded as Best Mixed-used Development in the Philippines by International Property Awards -Asia Pacific, a highly acclaimed award in the worldwide property industry.
