ITALPINAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AT THE REAL ESTATE EXPO 2019

MANILA- Italpinas Development Corporation (IDCTM) was among the exhibitors at the REEM-Real Estate Expo Manila 2019, held at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, last September 6-8.
The expo was organized by AD ASIA CONVENTIONS & EXHIBITIONS INTERNATIONAL CORP. to escalate business networking with top executives, regional and international investors, developers, investment promotion authorities and other real estate professionals.

At the REEM 2019, which was participated in by 80 exhibitors in over 950 square meters of space, IDCTM had the opportunity to showcase its on-going green project, Miramonti Green Residences which comprises three towers to be developed in two succeeding phases all situated within the compound of Sto. Tomas’ Light Industry and Science Park III in Barangay San Rafael, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
The eco-friendly buildings will offer the distinctive ltalian design and world-class construction standards that are a trademark of IDC’s developments together with the best principles of passive building technology to reduce overall energy consumption resulting in long-term energy savings, shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance.
The buildings will also harness solar energy from photovoltaic panels and these renewable energy sources, together with the use of a smart grid, will allow to effectively manage the buildings’ power supply, thus reducing electricity consumption.
Miramonti Green Residence was recently recognized as Best Mixed-Use Development in the Philippines and awarded with the prestigious International Property Award-Asia Pacific 2019-2020, a highly acclaimed award in the international property industry.
Furthermore, the project is in the process of being rated by the Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies or (EDGE), the green building certification system created for emerging markets by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) a member of the World Bank Group.
