ITALPINAS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (IDC) LAUNCHES PRIMAVERA CITY

After several months of anticipation, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) finally launched Primavera City on June 24, 2016 at the Pueblo de Oro Country Club. There were a lot of people who attended the event, clad in elegant dresses and suits. The program was hosted by one of Cagayan de Oro’s local talents, Jamie Bantigue.

The night was also graced by the presence of  Arch. Romolo V. Nati, COO of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC); Atty. Jose D. Leviste III, president of IDC; Dr. Jose P. Leviste Jr, Primo Consiglieri; Sean P. Moreno, son of Hon. Oscar Moreno (Mayor of Cagayan de Oro); Mr. Antonio Herbosa, founder of the Traders Apprentice Pilipinas (TAP); and Mr. Illac Diaz, social entrepreneur.

Among the many things that Arch. Nati has presented to the guests was the special features of Primavera City. One of which was the natural ventilation system they have applied to the entire building. This will help in lowering the residents’ energy consumption (such as the use of airconditioners or electric fans) because the natural breeze will enter cool the building.

Aside from this feature, Primavera City also has world-class amenities such as their sky garden, sky pool area, gym, playground, sauna, and a function hall that residents can rent for weddings, birthdays, or other social gatherings. Primavera City also has WiFi areas, 24/7 security system, emergency power, and a 24-hour reception service, to name a few.

The Units

Primavera City has several units that the residents can choose from. They have 2 types of studio units, 3 types of 1-bedroom units, and 3 types of 2-bedroom units.

Studio Type A & B has an approximate size of 29 sq.m (including balcony). The 1 bedroom Type A has an approximate size of 54 sq.m while the Type B & C has 46 sq.m — all these sizes include the balcony. 60 sq.m is the approximate size of the 2-bedroom Type A; Type B has 82 sq.m; and Type C has 58 sq.m  — again all of these sizes include the balcony.

Primavera City isn’t just a condominium but it also has spaces for offices and shops.

You know, if I had the money right now, I won’t think twice of packing up my stuff and move in to a nice and elegant studio type unit haha! Though Primavera City’s completion will take quite a lot of time, I still can’t wait to finally get a unit of my own and live independently like the adult I should be 😀
