Italpinas Finds Good View with Miramonti in TAP Backdoor Session

MAKATI, PHILIPPINES – Last September 22, Italpinas Development Corporation’s (IDC) Chairman & CEO, Architect Romolo Valentino Nati, shared insight and information for one of IDC’s upcoming projects, Miramonti Green Residences, during one of Traders Apprentice Pilipinas’ (TAP), Makati City.
This backdoor session was organized by TAP, one of the country’s largest stock market communities, founded by Tony Herbosa & Roy Reyes in 2012 and maintains itself as one of the country’s most followed communities as it regularly holds meetings, seminars, workshops for interested and inclined members. As of September 2018, TAP currently holds more than 114,000 members on its official Facebook group.
Throughout the backdoor session, Arch. Romolo Nati to its members Miramonti Green Residences, IDC’s third project, located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, highlighting key features about the project, its strategic location being in Sto. Tomas – at the midpoint between Manila & international ports present in Batangas to appeal to potential investors. Being in CALABARZON, the upcoming high-rise is said to be a few minutes away from several industrial parks.
Arch. Nati along with Engr. Arianne Symmes & Aleli Villacorte (Project Director) shared the Miramonti project, a 21-story green building, as an example of a design-driven sustainable architecture, making use of passive cooling technology, and of photovoltaic panels.Later on, TAP members were offered benefits prior to investing in available units.
