ITALPINAS HOSTS THANKSGIVING LUNCH

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Italpinas Development Corporation’s (IDC) CEO & Chairman, Architect Romolo Nati, and President, Attorney Jose Leviste III, personally attended the Thanksgiving Lunch last December 12, 2018 at Maison de Bonbon Cafe and Restaurant to personally deliver their deep gratitude to the company’s bank partners, media partners, contractors/suppliers, Barangay officials, and collaborators who greatly contributed to the growth of the company.

IDC is a green building developer who first started its roots at Cagayan de Oro City by launching Primavera Residences as its first project followed by Primavera City. With its success, the company is now slowly expanding with its third project, Miramonti, at Sto. Tomas, Batangas, and is also planning developing green buildings in the Visayas.

“A lot have told us before that people won’t understand our design and the green building concept but Attorney Leviste and I have visited Cagayan de Oro (CDO) several times and we have a completely different perception of the place and fortunately we were right– very right, because we have been very successful thanks to partners like yourself. That’s why we’re very close to CDO because it gave us the opportunity to realize and fulfill the dream that Attorney Leviste and I had back in 2009 when we started.” said Architect Nati.

Attorney Jose Leviste III also expressed his gratitude, “This means a lot to us because we feel that all of us in this room, even though we come from different industries, whether private or public offices, it’s a very diverse team that we have. But at the same time, we have a common interest which is to contribute what we can to the growth story of Cagayan de Oro. So us, as IDC, who contributes perhaps in just a small way to the way that the city grows and develops but it’s important for us to play the small role the big way– the best way we can.”
