Miramonti Green Residences by Italpinas Development Corporation Groundbreaking

Sto. Tomas, Batangas – Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) held its groundbreaking ceremony last June 15 for Miramonti Green Residences, its first project in the Province, and its third sustainable development in the country. The event was well-attended by business partners, real estate practitioners and guests including Municipal Vice Mayor of Sto. Tomas, Armenius Silva, Councilors Cresenciano Ramos, Jr, and Florence E. Mabilangan.

“One of IDC’s goals is to build its name as a leader of green real estate developments and to invest in areas with strong economic growth potentials. Sto. Tomas, Batangas has a strategic location, as it is accessible to Metro Manila, and is home to industrial parks and world-renowned tourist attractions. Miramonti Green Residences in Sto. Tomas, Batangas is our third and newest project.” said IDC President, Atty. Jose “Jojo” Leviste III.

The Miramonti buildings will harness the best principles of passive cooling technology, with shading and stack effects in every unit, and will generate renewable energy produced from photovoltaic panels. With these architectural solutions, Miramonti ensures safety, as well as guarantees the reduced energy consumption of end-users and overall maintenance costs of the building.

“We would like to congratulate the Management of Italpinas Development Corporation for this momentous event and we, the people of Sto. Tomas are happy and proud for choosing Sto. Tomas to develop this magnificent project. We see a rapid economic growth of this Municipality and IDC’s newest project is the manifestation of that growth” said Municipal Vice-Mayor Armenius O. Silva.

The Miramonti project will consist of three towers to be developed in two succeeding phases all situated inside Sto. Tomas’ Light Industry and Science Park III in Barangay San Rafael.

Miramonti Green Residences is developed by publicly listed real estate developer Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC). Founded by Arch. Romolo Nati (Chairman and CEO) and Atty. Jose D. Leviste III (President), IDC is a young Italian-Filipino company focused in sustainable property developments in emerging cities across the Philippines.

“With Miramonti Green Residences, IDC takes its brand of design-driven sustainable architecture for the first time to Southern Luzon, following its first two projects, Primavera Residences and Primavera City in Uptown Cagayan de Oro in Northern Mindanao. It brings to Batangas, its award-winning and globally-certified experience in developments that are both responsive to the local climate and to the call of the environment. We are very excited with our development’s future and we thank the local community for welcoming us here in Sto. Tomas, Batangas” said Maria Aleli Villacorte, Project Manager.
