Philippine tourism is continuously growing as more investments are made in the hospitality sector and architects, developers, and investors in the Philippine hospitality industry are aiming to provide the best experience and satisfaction to their guests and always in the lookout for the best technology, equipment, materials, services and solutions they can find to incorporate for their establishments.

Romolo Nati will be sharing ideas and perspectives on developing mixed-use sustainable buildings in emerging cities specifically in the Philippines, where IDC- Italpinas Development Corporation, has located its projects, awarded by the national and international organizations.
IDC, a public listed Filipino-Italian company, established in 2009 by Italian architect Romolo V. Nati, an expert in green architecture and sustainability, and Filipino Atty. Jose D. Leviste, was the first mover to develop green mixed-use buildings back in 2009 in uptown Cagayan de Oro (Northern Mindanao), foreseeing the great potentialities of developing in emerging cities in the Philippines.
Following the company’s flagship, Primavera Residences, a 10 story eco-friendly mixed-use building in Cagayan de Oro, one of the fastest-growing cities in the Philippines, a second eco-friendly development named Primavera City is under construction in the same location. Featuring six mid-rise towers and a high-rise tower, the project will be developed in 4 phases, the first of which, Citta’ Verde, will be completed by the last quarter of this year.
Last March 27, 2019, was held in uptown Cagayan de Oro the cornerstone ceremony for Citta’ Bella, Primavera City’s Phase 2 that will be followed by Phase 3, Citta’ Grande and after this the last 7th tallest tower, Citta’ Alta.
The first phase of the latest IDC’s development, Miramonti Green Residences, a 21 storey green building, strategically located in an Industrial park in Sto. Tomas, between Metro Manila and the port of Batangas City, is under construction and the company is currently accelerating the process to obtain the required permits to start the second phase.
All three IDC’s green developments have been awarded by The International Property Awards-Asia Pacific as Best Mixed-use Developments in the Philippines, a highly acclaimed award in the worldwide property industry.
