Primavera City Construction Update

August 5 – Certified green developer Italpinas Development Corp. (IDC) through its Primavera Sales Office in Cagayan de Oro City are happy to announce that Primavera City’s Phase 1, Cittá Verde will resume its construction in the near future.

Since the nation-wide enhanced community quarantine, IDC has implemented health and safety measures such as the periodic sanitation and disinfection of all access points, in addition to strict protocols in the Primavera Sales Office.

“We are now resuming work on the construction of Primavera City’s first phase and will maintain the same degree of diligence and care, and the same standard of specifications in materials in the final finishing of phase 1, while implementing serious health and safety measures for all employees”. said Ms. Gladys Ivy M. Echano, IDC Sales and Marketing Director.

Following the regulations mandated by the Philippine Domestic Construction Board (PDCB), these guidelines include prevention, detection, and rapid response measures designed to achieve the policies in maintaining business continuity across the construction industry. 

“We have seen in past crises how the property sector has constantly been able to recover after a downturn with values appreciating over time. Given our country’s stable economy, it remains one of the best options for investment today,” said Echano.

With all these pandemic-responsive features(efficient natural ventilation system that integrates the vertical and horizontal distribution of air throughout the buildings, contributing to the passive cooling of units by using a natural chimney effect.), Primavera City may well be one of the healthiest places to live and work in.
