Primavera City Tower A Tops Off

PSE-listed Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) held the topping off of the first tower of Spring City on December 12, 2017, at Macapagal Drive, Pueblo de Oro Business Park, Uptown Cagayan de Oro.
“When the city will be in the entire Misanis Oriental,” said Romolo Nati, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IDC.
IDC President Atty Jose D. Leviste III took this opportunity to express the gratitude of the company on the trust of the unit owners and the overwhelming support of the business and the real estate industry.
IDC partners such as banks, brokers and sellers, construction contractors and unit owners. Mayor Oscar Moreno graced the event. Gold Chamber Executive Director Chris Ivan Lagapa and Engineer Resource Center of Xavier University Engr. Jolou Miraflor attended the celebration.
Primavera City is the latest vertical development and premier project of the company after Primavera Residences. Both projects have been awarded as the Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines at the International Property Awards in 2015 and 2017 respectively.
The projects are located 150-m above sea level at the Pueblo de Oro Business Park, one of the booming districts of CDO. Located at the heart of Uptown Cagayan de Oro, Spring City is located near important places, such as SM City CDO, Pueblo de Oro golf course, schools, BPOs, regional government agencies, hotels, bank, among others.
Upcoming CDO, Spring City will provide passive cooling technology using shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance, featuring renewable energy that will be produced from semi-transparent photovoltaic panels found on the roof and external, east -side, walls.
Likewise, IDC planned to employ water recycling and rainwater harvesting system to save water and to be more cost-effective in terms of building maintenance and landscape irrigation for Primavera City.
Primavera City is designed as a seven-tower development. The first phase of the project,Towers A and B will consists of residential, commercial and office spaces. Towers A and B together will have 281 residential units composed of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The commercial podium will have restaurants, office and commercial spaces such as convenience stores, banks, to name a few located at the the first three floors of the towers.
The first phase of the project is scheduled to be completed in the year 2018. Its seventh tower, the final one to be built, is planned to be a high-rise hotel.
