The company’s green projects, Primavera Residences and Primavera City, both located in one of the fastest growing cities in the Philippines, Cagayan de Oro in northern Mindanao and the latest high-rise development, Miramonti Green Residences, under construction in Sto Tomas, Batangas, Luzon, have been recognized as Best Mixed-use Developments in the Philippines, receiving the ambitious award by the International Property Award-Asia Pacific.

The key-factor that is present in all IDC’s projects and that has made the company’s developments so successful and appreciated, is the performance-based design which integrates sustainable strategies and green architectural elements that aim to reduce overall energy and water consumption, resulting in long-term savings.
