IDC™ PRIME is a subsidiary of Italpinas Development Corporation that focuses on designing and developing “EDGE” Certiﬁed green buildings for the open market.

One of its notable projects is the existing Primavera Residences at Pueblo de Oro, Uptown CdO which is also the first green mixed-used condominium certified by Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) in the city. This opened more ventures for IDC as the ongoing Primavera City followed soon with an undeniabe success, now on its nearing completion with its Phase 2 (As of July 2024).
