CdeO Developer Italpinas Awards Primavera 2017 Top Sellers

Over 140 sellers sashayed their striking red and white outfit during their pre-Holiday party with Cagayan de Oro’s green developer on December 1, 2017. Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) also took the chance to give thanks to its salesforce by awarding this year’s top brokers, sellers, and various realty partners during this special event.

IDC’s President Jojo Leviste expressed his gratitude for the company’s valued partners, “We believe in all of you because we can always do the best that we can to produce the best product, but the final step is to connect it with the people to be happy with our product, to form communities around our product. The final step is really in your hands and that’s why we appreciate you so much.”

“The skills and abilities that you have as brokers and sellers is something very special because you have to be a good communicator. It’s something not everybody can do. It is something really special to us,” he added.

Architect Nati, CEO/Chairman also shared IDC’s then story as start-up company in  Cagayan de Oro, “We started very small in 2009 but now, we are attracting more people to work with us. Right now, we are known as a pioneering green developer in Cagayan de Oro. We are happy that we are expanding and soon to launch a new project in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. Without the help of our salesforce, there is nothing, there will be no project”.

In time for the event, IDC awarded 2017 top sellers namely Rolando Ranoa, Sherwin Salamanca, and Myrla Abarabar, respectively. Leuterio Realty, Roland Harvest Realty, and JCA Realty Corporation were given honor as top realty.
