IDC Joins the 29th Mindanao Business Conference

September 9- Green building developer, Italpinas Development Corporation joins the 29th Mindanao Business Conference. With the theme “Mindanao: Journeying to the New Normal,” MinBizCon 2020 is expected to bring in a much bigger audience through live streaming. The first-ever virtual MinBizCon is co-organized by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (DCCCII).
This year, MinBizCon brings together representatives from the government and the private sector to discuss the challenges and business opportunities in Mindanao as the region prepares for the “new normal.” The highlights of the two-day online conference will include the keynote address of DOF Sec. Carlos Dominguez III on the government’s economic programs for Mindanao and the simultaneous breakout sessions that aim to tackle the current state and the future of agriculture, manufacturing, labor, tourism, and innovation and digital economy in the region as the country continues to grapple with the COVID-19 crisis.
IDC has been a consistent participant in the Mindanao Business Conference for the past years. “Mindanao is a treasure waiting to be wholly discovered. We believe that there are places like in Mindanao that can bring more opportunities to developers and businesses. This is the reason why we decided to put up our first project there specifically in Cagayan de Oro,” says Architect Romolo V. Nati, IDC Chairman & CEO.
