IDC Supports Batangas Developments

With IDC’s goal in building a sustainable development in all emerging cities across the country, we believe that the position of Miramonti perfectly fits that objective. Batangas is rich in tourist spots, culture, and history and we are honored to build our first project in Luzon in Sto. Tomas – Romolo Nati explained.
March 21 – The Senate of the Philippines approved the third and final reading in turning Sto Tomas, Batangas into a component city last March 19, 2018. It was testified that the annual average income of the province is at more than 230 million, which makes it more than qualified for the conversion into a Component City according to Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF).
Sto Tomas Batangas is known for its competitive tourism, wonderful cultural heritage sites, colorful fiestas and irresistible delicacies. With its flourishing communities and natural wonder, it is no doubt that Batangas is dubbed as one of the richest provinces in the country.
The province of Sto Tomas, which is known for its green movement, shares the same passion with IDC’s sustainable goals. “As a company aimed to bring sustainable projects in emerging cities in the country, we believe the booming town of Sto. Tomas in Batangas is an ideal location for our first sustainable project in Luzon. In fact, environmental protection is a topmost concern of the province which perfectly fits to our ambition,” Nati added.
Miramonti, which means “facing the mountains” in Italian, is IDC’s first development in Luzon. Miramonti will harness green strategies with its distinctive Italian design. The Miramonti project is designed to consist of three towers to be developed in two phases. The first phase will be a 21 storey tower, sitting atSop a podium structure, to be built on a prime commercial lot in Sto Tomas Batangas.
The development will harness the best principles of passive cooling technology. Miramonti ensures safety as well as reduced overall energy consumption of end users and maintenance of the building.
Miramonti is developed by publicly listed real estate developer Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC). Founded by Arch. Romolo Nati (Chairman and CEO) and Atty. Jose D. Leviste III (President), IDC is a young Italian-Filipino company focused in sustainable property developments in emerging cities across the Philippines.
