MANILA – Arch. Romolo Nati, Chairman and CEO of Italpinas Development Corporation, a design driven green developer, signed a partnership agreement with A.V. Pamatong Trading & Construction Inc, that has been commissioned to be lead contractor for the construction of Città Bella, the second phase of Primavera City, latest sustainable IDC’s development, under construction in Cagayan de Oro, northern Mindanao.

A.V. Pamatong Trading & Construction Inc, a triple AAA-certified contractor based in Cagayan de Oro, was represented by Engr. Alex Pamatong, President and CEO, and Mr. Arsenio Manuta, VP for Operations. The relation between the two companies goes back to 2010 when the works for the first IDC’s development, Primavera Residences, were assigned to AV Pamatong as main contractor. Located in a free-flood area in uptown CDO, the building completed in 2014 has been awarded as Best Mixed-use Development the same year by the International Property Award-Asia Pacific, a world-renowned global organization that honors the best developers and properties in the real estate industry.

“I am glad to have the opportunity to avail the services of AV Pamatong Trading & Construction Inc. that will carry out the works in Primavera City’s second phase, named Città Bella, which is already 60 % sold” said Arch. Romolo Nati.

“Città Bella, that will be followed by other two phases, Città’ Grande e e Città Alta, will offer distinctive Italian design and world-class construction standards, which will be guaranteed by a highly qualified construction company such as AV Pamatong. Our buildings, which are developed based on passive architecture strategies, are highly appreciated by the market for their sustainability and for the high-performance design.The excellent work done by AV Pamatong for the construction of Primavera Residences, for instance, brought, along with other prestigious awards, the EDGE-Excellency in Design for Greener Efficiency- certification, in 2015” added Arch. Nati during the meeting held in IDC’s office in Makati, last December 19.

Following the successful results of Primavera Residences, both IDC’s latest projects, Primavera City, in CDO, and Miramonti Green Residence, in Santo Thomas, Batangas (Luzon), are currently in the process of been rated by EDGE, the new green building certification system created for emerging markets by IFC (International Finance Corporation) a member of the World Bank Group.

The eco-friendly mixed-use building, Citta’ Bella, which groundbreaking was formerly held last March 27, follows the twin first phase, Citta’ Verde, with the same number of floors, 11, that will comprise commercial, office, and residential units.

Città Bella that will be followed by other two phases, Città Grande e e Città Alta, will offer distinctive Italian design and world-class construction standards. Contemporary architectural aesthetic, attention to detail, and elegant ambience will make Primavera City a highlight in Philippine mid and high-rise architecture.

Envisioned as a partially self-sustaining power, it uses a massive, built-in array of photovoltaic panels that are installed vertically, parallel to the building walls facing east, and horizontally to cover the building amenities.

From start to finish, Primavera City features the best principles of passive building technology: shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance in which the building volumes’ shape and profiles, let in the prevailing winds at the lower levels and convey their flow into vertical voids.

The construction of the first phase of Miramonti Green Residences, the latest IDC’s development, is ongoing and should be completed around the end of 2020.

This first of three identical high-rise mix-used towers, strategically located in an Industrial park in Sto. Tomas, between Metro Manila and the port of Batangas City, is to be built on a podium with residential, offices, parking and commercial spaces for a total of 21 floors.

The amenities, located at the fourth floor, will include a swimming pool, fitness center, function hall and at the 21st floor, a sky garden covered by semi-transparent solar panels that will produce renewable energy for the common areas.

Miramonti Green Residences, has recently won the prestigious Asia Property Awards 2019-2020 by The International Property Awards in the category of Best Mixed-use Development within the Asia-Pacific Region. The project was also awarded Best Innovation Project of the year by Lamudi-Outlook Property Award 2018, organized by the top Philippine real estate portal, Lamudi.the required permits to start the second phase.
